Lead QA initiatives and mentor a QA team in a FinTech company. Responsibilities include improving testing processes, coordinating testing across projects, performing backend/API testing, and driving QA automation. Work with modern FinTech products in a flexible, collaborative environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software testing
- 2+ years of experience leading QA teams or projects
- Strong FinTech domain experience
- Solid backend/API testing skills (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Practical experience with Grafana and Kibana
- Hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks
- Deep understanding of STLC and QA methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
