Middle Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia, supporting business growth and building commercial teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- At least 1 year of experience in international hiring
- Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles
- Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets
- Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Good organizational skills and ownership mindset
- Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher
- Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
- Russian language skills would be a plus
- Fintech experience would be a strong advantage
