Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience hiring for business functions such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing, or Customer-facing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills
- Experience with market research and talent mapping
- Structured approach to candidate assessment and interview evaluation
- English level: B2
- Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI solutions
