Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design
- Hands-on experience with Ashby’s product
- Strong customer-facing and facilitation skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders ranging from recruiters to Heads of Talent
- Experience solving complex Recruiting Operations challenges
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive accountability
- Comfortable running projects end-to-end
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
- Strong interest in customer education
