Full-cycle recruiting partner role for a tech-focused firm, involving end-to-end searches (briefing, sourcing, negotiation) and collaboration with product experts and AI sourcing tools
Requirements
- 3+ years in recruiting, ideally in tech that moves fast
- Comfortable with hr-tech and picking up new tools
- Real interest in using AI hands-on
- Strong communication skills
- Experience hiring designers/product owners/AI engineers is a big plus
