Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition (tech, product, fintech, executive search)
- Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience with market mapping and building sourcing strategies
- Experience hiring senior, lead or management-level candidates
- Experience managing recruiters or clear potential to lead a team
