Recruitment Supervisor responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, leading and coaching a recruitment team, optimizing funnel metrics, and hands-on closing of senior/complex roles in a fast-paced international tech company
Requirements
- 6+ years in Recruitment in Technical/Product companies
- 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisor role
- Strong stakeholder and expectation management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment funnel and reporting
- Proven experience in team coaching and development
- English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher) and Russian (Native)
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
