- 5+ years in recruitment
- Experience in team leadership with 5+ direct reports
- In-house experience at fast-growing international companies (200-1000 employees)
- Proven track record of building and running high-volume hiring at scale
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on use of recruitment metrics
- Fluent English
