Requirements
- Previous hotel reservations experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office & reservation systems
- Opera experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- UAE-based candidates preferred
