Experienced Retention Agent for international Forex company in Limassol, Cyprus. Working with English (Canada), German, and French desks. Shift: 15:00–00:00. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses up to 11% of turnover. Relocation package available for strong candidates
Требования
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex retention
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Result-oriented mindset
- Fluent language skills according to selected desk
- EU citizenship preferred
- Already based in Cyprus or local resident preferred
