Requirements
- От 2 лет опыта в роли Retention / CRM Manager в iGaming
- Отличное знание Customer.io: сегментация, триггерные сценарии, атрибуты профилей, Broadcast-кампании, Liquid
- Понимание архитектуры данных в Customer.io (identify, track)
- Опыт работы с GEO Tier-2/Tier-3
- Понимание ключевых retention-метрик: LTV, ARPU, Churn Rate, DAU/MAU
