Requirements
- Опыт работы Retention / CRM Manager в сфере iGaming от 2 лет
- Экспертное владение Customer.io (сегментация, триггеры, Liquid)
- Понимание архитектуры данных Customer.io (Identify, Track)
- Опыт работы с GEO Tier-2/Tier-3
- Знание CRM-метрик (LTV, ARPU, Churn Rate, Retention)
