Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Data Science experience
- Full ML model lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring
- Experience in banking or financial services preferred
- Strong foundation in ML algorithms and feature engineering
- Proficient in Python, SQL, Airflow, Git, BI / Streamlit
- Education in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or STEM
- B1 or higher English level for communication
