Softgile, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities in the Uzbekistan market, focusing on banks, telecom, and enterprise clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT/software or enterprise solutions
- Fluent Russian (required for client communication in Uzbekistan)
- English proficiency (intermediate or above)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Availability to work during Uzbekistan business hours (GMT+5)
