Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- Strong Python skills
- Production LLM-powered agent systems shipped
- Experience integrating agents with databases, APIs, and data sources
- MCP and/or tool-calling experience in production
- Security experience in regulated or sensitive-data environments
- Kubernetes and CI/CD knowledge
- Observability experience
- Autonomous work style
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
