Requirements
- 5+ years in IT overall
- 2+ years building applications with LLMs
- Solid Python backend engineering skills
- Hands-on experience with RAG and retrieval
- SQL (Postgres) and key-value (Redis) databases
- Experience with AI agents and workflows
- Fluent in English for professional communication
- Self-driven and proactive in new technologies
