Expanding internal AI engineering team to build business assistants, document and data automation, and production AI systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial Python development, including 2+ years in ML or applied AI
- Experience with LLM agents, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and evaluation or observability tools
- Production AI/ML delivery, strong SQL/PostgreSQL, testing, Git, and documentation
- Clear communication with business stakeholders and engineering teams
