Seeking Senior AI Test Manager or AI Test Architect (13+ years experience) to define end-to-end AI testing strategy, lead QA teams, architect scalable AI test solutions including model-validation pipelines, data-quality checks, bias/drift detection, and performance benchmarking for AI/ML models
Requirements
- Outside Russia and Belarus
- Bachelor's/College degree
- At least 3 years working in English-speaking environment
- Strong QA Java engineering background (8+ years)
- Leadership experience (5+ years) OR Architect experience (5+ years with 2+ years using AI)
- Experience in AI Test Architecture
- Understanding of SDLC and QA processes
- Knowledge of software product design and integration
- Experience with Playwright, Java, Karate, or similar tools
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
