Requirements
- 7+ years of backend development experience
- Strong Go (or C/C++/Rust) background and confidence working with Python
- Experience building production backend systems
- Trading platforms, OMS, execution engines, or similar financial infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and message brokers
- Solid PostgreSQL and Redis experience
- English B2
