Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Backend Engineer
- 3+ years in product-driven environment
- Advanced English
- Experience with AI agents (Cursor/Codex/Claude)
- Strong expertise in Java 21
- Spring Boot 3/4 framework proficiency
- JPA/Hibernate ORM experience
- Java test frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Spring Integration Testing)
- Production system debugging experience
- Algorithms and data structures knowledge
