Lead total rewards strategy, job architecture, grading, and incentive frameworks in an international iGaming organization
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR project management
- Experience designing and delivering job architecture, grading, salary structures, or KPI systems
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel and relevant HR systems
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English at B2 or higher and Russian at C1 or higher
