Responsibilities include advising leadership, managing legal risk, ensuring compliance, supporting corporate transactions, M&A, joint ventures, commercial agreements, disputes, litigation management, and coordination with government authorities
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of corporate legal experience
- Strong expertise in corporate law
- M&A experience
- Compliance knowledge
- Commercial transactions expertise
- Experience with senior leadership and board-level matters preferred
- Real estate experience preferred
- Investments experience preferred
- Private equity experience preferred
- Multi-entity structures experience preferred
