Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience as a writer/editor in marketing communications
- Fluent English and Russian
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Solid grasp of funnel psychology and conversion copywriting
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical mindset
- Experience partnering with Creative Leads, Product, and SEO/PPC
- Comfort using AI tools
- Strong ownership mentality
