Senior CRM Manager at Social Discovery Group (SDG), the third-largest social discovery company with 60+ brands and 500M users. Responsible for CRM strategy and management for social discovery platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management
- Proficient in CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets/Excel
- Familiar with Jira/Confluence and BI systems
- Strong understanding of CRM metrics and business metrics
- English level B2 or higher
- Russian level C1+
- SQL experience (plus)
