Senior Data Analyst at Hypercell Games. Responsible for analyzing product and marketing performance for hybrid-casual games, building internal tools with AI, managing A/B tests, and providing actionable insights for mobile gaming projects
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics in the mobile gaming industry
- Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions)
- Experience with Python (pandas, NumPy)
- Strong understanding of F2P mobile game metrics (LTV, CPI, ROAS, retention, etc.)
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Hands-on experience building tools with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor)
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
- Technical English and conversational Russian
