Senior Data Analyst position at a fintech payment gateway company. Transform complex transaction data into actionable insights driving business growth. Analyze large-scale datasets, develop dashboards and KPI systems, detect anomalies, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Security, QA, and Operations teams. Hybrid role in Limassol with relocation package included
Требования
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence
- Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, complex joins, query optimization)
- Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or E-commerce (nice to have)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks (nice to have)
- Experience with data modeling and data quality monitoring (nice to have)
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools (nice to have)
