- 5+ years of experience building production web applications with React and TypeScript
- Strong component architecture skills and proven ability to create reusable UI for complex products
- Deep experience developing data-intensive UIs with modern state management and data libraries in the React ecosystem
- Track record of profiling and optimizing performance in large-scale applications
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
