Strategic People Operations and HR Business Partnering role leading international expansion across European locations. Responsible for building scalable HR processes, managing EOR-to-local entity transitions, ensuring compliance, and designing AI-enabled HR workflows. Fully remote position with strategic autonomy and ownership
Требования
- 4+ years in People Operations and/or HR Business Partnering
- Experience with multi-country European operations and international HR compliance
- Track record of scaling HR operations, systems, and policies in fast-growing environments
- Strong stakeholder management and operational ownership
- C1/C2 English proficiency
- Experience with EOR-to-entity transitions (advantageous)
- Familiarity with Personio, Oyster, Notion, or Slack (advantageous)
