Oyster is looking for a Senior Global Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and customer-facing teams in EMEA, LATAM, and North America using AI and automation
Requirements
- Significant experience recruiting experienced and senior-level talent in-house
- Background in hypergrowth tech / SaaS and globally distributed companies
- Strong experience hiring for Operations, Finance and Legal & Compliance roles
- Multi-region recruitment experience across EMEA and the Americas
- Ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Ashby
- Practical experience using AI or automation in recruitment workflows
- Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills
