Requirements
- Уровень: Senior HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist / Team Lead HR
- Опыт самостоятельного запуска и внедрения HR-процессов
- Навыки разработки HR-метрик и понимание performance management
- Умение выстраивать партнерские отношения с бизнесом
- Английский язык: B2 и выше
- Builder mindset, data-driven подход, опыт в Change Management
