International product company in fintech, marketing, and igaming is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to provide end-to-end HR support, develop policies, monitor engagement, and manage HR analytics
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner
- Ukrainian — Fluent, English — B1+
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and senior/C-level stakeholders
- Strong business partnering mindset
- Confident user of Google Docs & Sheets
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience managing a small HR team is a strong advantage
