Requirements

- HR Business Partner experience in a complex operational environment
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience leading organizational change and transformation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Analytical and data-driven approach
- Strong project management skills
