Strategic HR Technology leader responsible for defining and executing HR technology strategy, leading HRIS transformation initiatives, managing HR system implementations, and heading an automation team of up to 7 people across a global organization of 3,000+ employees in 48 countries
Requirements
- Experience leading multi-module HRIS implementations in complex international organizations
- Strong expertise in HR process optimization and HR data architecture
- Knowledge across HR domains: Core HR, Workforce Management, C&B, L&D, or Recruitment
- Deep understanding of modern HR technology ecosystem (SaaS, integrations, AI, people analytics)
- Proven track record leading HR technology strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives
- Fluent English
- Team leadership experience (managing up to 7 FTEs)
- Vendor management capabilities
