Senior Hardware Engineer position in a European product engineering team developing next-generation radar and perception technologies for automotive and industrial applications. Responsibilities include defining hardware architectures for industrial safety systems, leading PCB design and testing, ensuring regulatory compliance, performing safety analysis and FMEA/FMEDA, and mentoring junior engineers
Требования
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 7+ years in hardware design
- Experience in full-cycle electronics product development from requirements through design, manufacturing, and testing
- Deep knowledge of IPC standards, DFM, and EMS partner collaboration
- Project estimation and resource allocation skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Mixed-signal design expertise (analog and digital circuits)
- Knowledge of IEC 61508, FMEA/FMEDA, and certification processes
- Proficiency in PCB tools (Altium, OrCAD), simulation software (SPICE, LTSpice, Tina), and DFT
- Hands-on experience with EMI/EMC mitigation and environmental testing
