Oyster is seeking a Senior International HR Business Partner to manage complex employee relations, provide legal/commercial HR advice, and oversee operations across Italy, Spain, and Portugal
Requirements
- Deep employee relations experience (investigations, PIPs, terminations)
- Strong HR knowledge across Italy, Spain, and Portugal
- Commercial mindset
- Confident communication with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience using AI and automation tools
- EOR experience (bonus)
