Oyster is looking for an experienced HR professional to support complex employee relations and HR compliance matters across Western Europe, with a focus on leveraging AI tools and scaling HR operations
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Employee Relations and HR Generalist roles
- Strong expertise in complex employee relations cases across multiple countries
- International HR experience and knowledge of local employment practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Portuguese, Italian, and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage
- Experience with EOR providers and global employment compliance
