Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, in-house M&A, or strategy consulting
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
- Proven track record of leading the full M&A transaction lifecycle
- Experience in oil & gas, mining & metallurgy, technology, or fintech sectors
- Strong knowledge of transaction structuring, investment analysis, and transaction documentation
