Senior IT Administrator role at Mayflower, a profitable tech company with 10+ years experience. Lead high-level incident resolution, manage physical/virtual servers, cloud environments, networking infrastructure, and maintain enterprise backup strategies. Position includes mentoring junior team members and driving service improvements across IT infrastructure
Требования
- 5+ years of IT administration experience
- Advanced English (written & spoken)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure as a service
- System administration + network engineering background
- Experience with VPNs, SaaS systems, and user access lifecycles
- Proven end-user support experience (on-site & remote)
- Procurement and vendor management experience
- Nice to have: SaaS management optimization tools
- Nice to have: Network monitoring/alerting systems
- Nice to have: Cisco CCNA+ certification
- Nice to have: AMF Pro (Apple ecosystem)
- Nice to have: Intune (Windows ecosystem)
- Nice to have: Video conferencing solutions experience
