Senior Jira Cloud Administrator responsible for owning the Atlassian ecosystem, designing workflows, building automation rules, and developing integrations with external business tools using REST APIs and low-code platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Jira Cloud administration experience
- Solid understanding of Jira Cloud architecture
- Practical experience with Jira Automation for Cloud
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and HTTP requests
- Hands-on experience with low-code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, or Make)
- Ability to read and write scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Strong troubleshooting skills (API logs, HTTP codes, authentication)
- Experience integrating multiple systems
