Requirements
- Canadian-qualified lawyer with 5+ years of experience
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, crypto, or fast-moving technology company
- Ability to operate independently in a lean team
- Business-oriented legal judgment focused on product/business outcomes
- Comfortable advising product and operational teams directly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex legal issues into practical guidance
