Lead the effort to originate secured loans with institutional counterparties to scale the Ethena protocol loan book, managing relationships with exchanges, custodians, and trading firms
Requirements
- Seasoned experience in credit risk, counterparty risk, or financial markets risk analysis
- Secured lending background in digital assets, prime brokerage, or securities financing
- Understanding of secured lending market in digital asset space (CeFi/DeFi)
- Proven ability to negotiate lending agreements and close complex deals
- Strong financial and quantitative analytical skills
