Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Global Mobility function for the EMEA region, overseeing strategy, policies, budget management, team leadership, and cross-functional partnerships to support international employee mobility
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including previous HR or related leadership experience
- 8+ years in Global Mobility, Immigration, or Relocation within a multinational organization
- 5+ years leading people and managing teams
- Experience with vendor, budget, and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of global mobility, immigration, relocation, and compliance processes
- Experience with case management platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
