- 7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience (Big 4 or top-tier)
- Active CPA license preferred

- Experience in fintech, debt/lending, digital assets, or blockchain
- Proven ability to work with large financial datasets and automate workflows
- High-ownership mindset
- Strong communication skills for interacting with non-tax stakeholders
