Requirements
- 5+ years in engineering with hands-on LLM experience in production
- Proven ability to train and ship models on messy data
- Strong understanding of model evaluation and production monitoring
- Proficient in Python, with a solid grasp of ML fundamentals
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
