Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with LLM and model training
- Ability to deploy models under real load and optimize for latency
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills
- Experience with production monitoring and versioning of models
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
