Senior ML Engineer to handle the full in-house lifecycle of LLMs: data preparation, fine-tuning, evaluation, and self-hosted production serving in an AI-driven venture studio environment
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering ML systems to production
- Experience training model weights (fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA)
- Experience with self-hosted LLM serving in production (vLLM or equivalent)
- Proven full-cycle experience: data -> fine-tune -> eval -> prod
- Strong Python, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD skills
