Full-cycle work with LLM/VLM models: from data preparation and fine-tuning to evaluation, deployment, and production support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ML systems development and production deployment
- Practical experience with LLM/VLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, distillation)
- Experience with OCR for multilingual documents
- Understanding of evaluation pipelines (EM, Precision/Recall, F1, CER, WER)
- Experience with self-hosted LLM serving (vLLM)
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
