Hypercell Games is looking for a Senior Monetization Manager to take full ownership of ad revenue, strategy, and execution across their portfolio of hybrid-casual and puzzle mobile games
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ad monetization for mobile free-to-play games (Android, iOS)
- Deep understanding of ad mediation (bidding + waterfall)
- Strong analytical skills (eCPM, DAU, ARPDAU, LTV, etc.)
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Hands-on experience with mediation platforms and ad network dashboards
