Requirements
- strong experience in Operations Research / Mathematical Optimization
- MILP, Constraint Programming, scheduling and combinatorial optimization
- hands-on experience with OR-Tools / CP-SAT, Gurobi, CPLEX, Timefold or similar
- experience with real-world scheduling, planning or resource allocation problems
- strong Python or modern C++
- experience with heuristics, solver tuning, infeasibility diagnostics and production-quality software
