Requirements
- Extensive HR Business Partner experience in high-growth/tech companies
- Experience supporting Product, Commercial, or Technology teams
- Ability to advise and influence VP and C-level executives
- Experience leading organizational transformations or restructurings
- Strong understanding of European labor legislation and Works Councils
- Experience with international, geographically distributed teams
- Strong leadership coaching and people analytics skills
